Over the past year, the UKDTN Coordinating Centre has grown exponentially, expanding to a dedicated team of 10 members to support the continued growth and delivery of the network.

At AAIC 2025, UKDTN hosted a roundtable on improving diversity in dementia trials, generating actionable insights now being developed into a white paper, with further international engagement planned at CTAD 2025.

A joint UKDTN and Alzheimer’s Society survey of 1,200 patients and carers revealed strong interest in research but low participation, with findings to inform future UKDTN priorities and improve participant experience.
