All-Network-Meeting-UKDTN

Over 100 attendees from 30 sites across the four nations gathered to celebrate the expansion of UKDTN.

All Network Meeting

In November 2025, UKDTN held its first all-network meeting at the Wellcome Collection in London, bringing together over 100 participants from more than 30 sites across all four nations of the UK. The meeting marked an important milestone in our mission to make the UK the go-to place for dementia trials, uniting clinicians, researchers, coordinators and partners, around a shared purpose. Focused on people, collaboration, and culture, the event reinforced a core belief that we are stronger together, and highlighted the vital role of industry, charities and funders, especially trough the NIHR support in accelerating high-quality dementia research.

 Network Updates

UKDTN expanded from 3 pilot sites established for initial process development to 8 full member sites, and now includes 30 affiliate sites. Over the past year, the UKDTN Coordinating Centre has grown exponentially, expanding to a dedicated team of 10 members to support the continued growth and delivery of the network.
